Yes, I'm asking about the US. Does this mean that the US formula has remained the same since 2004? Yes, it has stayed the same since then. When I first became a stake clerk, I recalculated budget allocations using quarterly reports from 2004 on. Once I figured out the formula, it worked for every q...

Thanks! I'm not at the MLS screen, so I'm going by memory, and I think the reimbursable expense falls under the Other category. (Please let me know if I'm wrong). I heard previously that I have to write a check from the stake to the stake when changing from a budget category to the Other category o...

It has not changed since at least 2006, when I became a clerk. I don't know how long its been in effect, but no recent changes in the US at least. You may want to read this article in the wiki. The stake president can, of course, allocate the funds to the units in his stake however he deems best, an...

Since we don't know who the meals are going to yet, can fast offering funds be used to reimburse the cost of the meals? The screen in MLS requires (I believe) that a recipient be entered for a fast offering check. What if there is no recipient? You are correct that fast offering expenses require a ...

I've had issues where if IE was too old, it wouldn't run. The solution here was to download the latest version of IE onto a flashdrive and install it on the computer. I think it needs to be at least IE8, but I'm just going off memory here. Once the current version was installed, the issue was resolv...

Sounds like a bug. You can change budget year using the drop down in the upper right, but your issue seems to indicate 2012 is pulling the allocation amount from both 2011 and 2012. Annoying for sure. I would report this to LUS. As a temporary workaround, you could go into 2011 using the drop down m...
