Thanks for that tid bit Daddy-O. A couple of others that I use are www.whitepages.com and I use our county property appraiser website. I find the property appraiser extremely helpful as with it you can tell if the property is a rental or not and if the names on the membership record match the names ...

Mmm that report is sort of similar but it is different than the one I'm thinking about. The old MIS one was exactly like a ward roster in todays MLS. The only difference was to the right of the age on todays ward roster it showed the home teaching companionship. It didn't give the percentages or all...

We would ask the clerk for a full roster with ages and priesthood. (This print option is available in the current MLS.) We would also ask for the home teac...

I agree and would like to se more fields added to MLS for phone #'s and e-mail address. I'd also like to see more space to put info added in those fields. As you have said many households have more #'s than space available in MLS. The same with e-mail too. In our ward I've jammed two e-mail address ...

Good answer from RussellHtln. I have a question /comment. A couple of years ago as ward clerk I was asked this question several times from members wanting to know how to get copies of their blessings that they had lost. I told them I would find out and I went through the hand books and FAQ. We didn'...

it. Oh well, it is the best thing we have found to use.......... For our stake roster we use Microsoft Excel. Our stake clerk enters all of the stake information into it on multiple pages and the ward clerks provide him with the local unit information for it. Whenever there is a change in our ...

What do you do in your stake/district? Any suggestions would be helpful. We use Calendar Creator in our stake for our calendar. At the beginning of the year a stake calendar is generated and distributed to all ward clerks in the stake. It is then my job as ward clerk to go through the calendar and ...

[rmrichesjr;13197 However, my wife informs me there are sometimes sisters who can't hear well, and the PA system helps them. We also had a problem with our relief society sisters not being able to hear the teachers. We also had the same problem with many of our brothers and sisters in Sunday school...
