The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

When new members come into our ward, it automatically assigns them to either Elders Quorum or High Priests Group. However, sometimes it places them in the wrong quorum. Is there a way to change the default settings?

I want to create a list of members that are inactive or that we can't find, or we think have moved out of the ward. Is there a way to go into the directory and just select certain people?
