Re: Overload to webcasting system

Thank you for the replies. I have passed them on. I for one, LOVE THE WEBCASTING system, it makes things SO EASY! We just finished our stake conference, in which we had pre-recorded all talks and prayers (except for stake presidency), and had a GA join via Zoom. (And his output was put into the webc...

Download statistics after a webcast

Is there a way to download the statistics of the webcast event after the meeting is done? We just held a VERY successful stake conference, in which we pre-recorded all talks/prayers (except for the stake presidency), and it turned out quite well. I was wanting to get the Individual Site statistics i...

Overload to webcasting system

Today I had a friend contact me about the best way to stream sacrament meetings in his buildings, I pointed him to this website and to using the Meetinghouse Webcasting web interface (webcast.churchofjesuschrist.org), he went to his bishop to ask about this (he is the executive secretary) and the bi...

Re: Interesting power issue with new audio/video system

On the bottom programmable power strip, outlets 2, 3, & 4 turns on. When 2, turns on, the HDMI distribution comes back to life, and the Extron HDMI faceplates come back on. I'd report it to FM. All they'd have to do is move the power for the HDMI distribution system to an always on plug. No pro...

Except in this setup they do that, and we lose the video and audio feed for about 90 seconds. (The longest 90 seconds ever!!)

Re: Interesting power issue with new audio/video system

At first glance, that seems like a good idea. Most of the time, any video is either going to originate from the chapel, or the chapel will be part of it. Either way, the chapel sound system will be on. That is all well and good, however, it does present a problem. (I am having trouble articulating ...

Interesting power issue with new audio/video system

My stake center just had a new audio/video distribution system installed. Works quite well so far. However I noticed a quirk, and I am not sure if this is by design, or an error was made in programming. (If you have one of the new systems with the Extron selectors, please chime in.) When the chapel ...

Re: Short Throw Projector Suggestions

In our stake center, there is an acoustic cloud feature in the center of the room along the ceiling, we hid a 5000 lumen short throw Epson projector in there, It is able to project onto the back wall (slanted wall designed for projecting from the pulpit) and FILLS it entirely from side to side. The...

Re: 2-way conferencing for remote island

Thank you danpass!! Actually on the Vidyo client computer, we set the resolution in the software to 720p and it sees the video perfectly now. (I was also recommended the Decimator device as well, but found a way around it.) For my other devices that want to input as 1080p, they are fed into my matri...
