Re: IPad to TV via Lightning/HDMI adapter Full Screen CC fails
I received an email from the Global Support Center that they have logged this as a needful enhancement. Of course, no schedule for a fix can be given, but at least everyone seems to be in agreement that this is occurring. That's a great step forward. Thanks for your assistance. You were awesome and ...

Re: IPad to TV via Lightning/HDMI adapter Full Screen CC fails
The second option has a small CC box at the very bottom right, just left of the Full Screen Mode icon. The CC icon turns on Closed Captions. I hope this helps. In either case, the same HDMI configuration successfully gives Closed Captions in Safari when Gospel Library is not successful, except that ...

Re: IPad to TV via Lightning/HDMI adapter Full Screen CC fails
Thanks Samuel. I am playing the video in Gospel Library, not on a video player. Within the Gospel Library video box is a full screen icon that looks like two arrows pointing to the screen corners (top left and lower right). When clicked, the video goes into Full Screen Mode. I don't know what 'playe...

IPad to TV via Lightning/HDMI adapter Full Screen CC fails
When playing videos in Gospel Library using Lightning AV Adapter HDMI in Full Screen Mode, the closed captions that work when NOT in Full Screen do not work in Full Screen Mode. The same videos work fine in Safari lds.org Full Screen. Issue seems to be narrowed to this specific configuration and mod...

Re: member data inconsistent
Thanks, I'll try that. Now what about all the other data, such as address, email address, phone number, cell number, etc? Are there two places I have to inform people to go on that too? I ask because I see no consistency there either. Is there a Household record of data, and another Individual recor...

Re: member data inconsistent
Thanks for the answer, but I need to know how to make them consistent in the data? What two places do I need to either have all membership clerks in the stake enter the data or to have individual members do it? As I look at every unit in our stake, they are all in the same mess, as I've described. S...
