Re: Lost LDS Account Passwords
So, you are saying that the individual email in MLS is linked to their main account? So changing it there would change it for the LDS account and then doing a recovery to there might be possible? I guess I didn't realize that they are linked in that way. I don't think they used to be linked like tha...

Lost LDS Account Passwords
There have been a few threads on this before, but they all seem outdated now due to various changes, so I thought that I'd check for recent advice... Basically, it is becoming fairly common for us to have a youth, who hasn't used their LDS Account in YEARS sometimes, to not know their login credenti...

Re: Anyone in a unit where they are using the Gospel Living App fairly extensively?
Right, but I'm a clerk and checked. We literally have TWO families in our entire ward, according to the Directory, that have marked their information as private. Neither of them have kids. So, I don't think that is the issue.

Anyone in a unit where they are using the Gospel Living App fairly extensively?
With so many on lockdown/stay-home orders, our Bishop is looking into ways for quorums and groups to stay in touch with each other. Anyone here have a Ward or Branch that is making good use of the Circles portion of the new Gospel Living App? If so, how is it working out? Any issues? We've tested it...

Re: How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
Another followup. I just got an email from the GSC telling me that they submitted my "feedback" to the finance team -- and then they told me that I should go send Feedback on the LCR page. (I replied that that was how all of this started.

Re: How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
So, actually, this is getting things confused. Neither the Summary page NOR the Details page actually give what I need. What I need is the list of actual expenses -- with the description of what they were used for. The only place to get that is by going to Expenses and then Expenses Summary. That is...

Re: How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
Just wanted to follow up on this. I reported the bug using the Feedback tab on the page. I got a message back saying to contact the Global Service Center for help on how to find Expenses. (I.e. they clearly just thought it was a user issue and ignored my reporting of the bug itself). I replied back ...

Re: How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
Ha! I was just adding this post when it notified me of a same-time post with you: Oh! Hey! I figured out the bug. It doesn't re-adjust that dropdown based on the date range. So, when you go onto that page originally, the date range is set to "Current Year" -- and it only shows you Budget f...

Re: How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
I did submit a feedback report today about it. I think it may indeed just be a bug. Attached is a screen clip showing the dropdown open -- it is simply missing a bunch of the Budget categories. And I made sure that they existed for that date range and such. Again, if I leave it on "All Categori...

How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?
We're trying to do some budgeting for this year and I'd simply like to see a report of expenses for each category for LAST year so that we can see where the money was spent. For example, say I want to know what the Young Men spent their budget on last year. In LCR, I can get close by going to "...
