Conference Audio/Video Archives

Not sure what forum this belongs in....

Is there a way to get audio and/or video from the older General Conferences? I'm looking for stuff that would be pre-1998. Is there an online archive? Do I have to order them from the Church History Department?

excellent.. that makes sense.

From what I understand; I need to add them in MLS, then on the LUWS? If so, does this happen on the Ward MLS or the Stake MLS, and on the Ward LUWS or Stake LUWS?

So would it be true to say that if this person is in another Stake it is not possible to add them as a "Non-Resident Member"?

We have a situation which I believe isn't totally unique, but we can't find a non-manual solution for. We share our building with another ward in a neighboring Stake.
