I just recheck entering and the problem has been corrected. FIR Management was contacted prior to this post, so that must have worked. Thank you for your response and help.

When I use my home computer to Report Issue on FIR, it will not allow me to enter the issue Type. Therefore, it will not allow me to Submit my report since all fields have not been completed. I have no problems on Iphone when reporting a FIR. Is this an issue with my hard drive?
