I am serving as a bishop in Imperial 2nd Ward in Salt Lake City. I often get phone calls from service missionaries at Deseret Industries or from Member Locating that ask about a person or address that are beyond my ward boundaries. One additional feature I'd like to see is some type of upload area or general content area where we could, e.g., post a copy of the monthly newsletter, weekly bulletin, etc. The existing News and Information sections don't seem like quite the right place to put this information, and wouldn't allow ...

Move the search box out of the nav bar (it gets lost) and into the header just above the nav bar. Does the CMS let you tweak that?
And the search box at the top was totally lost on me.
