Quarterlt Report for 3rd quarter 2020

For the 2nd quarter, last years 2nd qtr data was used. I have not seen any guidance for handling the 3rd quarter, which will involve church meetings but of course at a lower level of attendance than what we are used to. Has there been any guiadance regarding this? Thanks for all input.

Re: Ward member reported a lost temple recomend

Thanks. We've been doing Zoom interviews for a few weeks now. Bishop fills out recommend, takes a pic and send it to SP counselor. Bishop holds recommend. Both do their interviews via Zoom. Counselor sends pic to me and tells me when interview is done. I enter info in system to activate recommend. I...

Re: Ward member reported a lost temple recomend

I am a stake clerk and recently tagged a member's recommend as being "lost or stolen". It was just issued in March. He found his recommend the next day. I went back into the system to change it back to active but I don't seem to be able to do that. Is that something a Stake Presidency memb...

Can't find member to pull records into our unit

A couple in our ward had a son get married roughly a year ago. He has sort of gone off the rails and gone overseas by himself (without his wife). His mom asked for his record to be brought into our unit. I have tried more than once, using the name and birthdate combination (of which I am certain) an...

Re: How to keep track of "do not contact" members?

I am the Ward Clerk in my unit and I maintain a google spreadsheet with the list, which is shared with leaders who need it. Thus, they always have the latest version available. I do have concerns about NEVER contacting them for fear of losing track of them altogether if they move.

Couple separated, husband still shows up in LDS Tools

So, we have two sisters married to non-members. In each case, the record detail shows the husband in the FAMILY but not in the HOUSEHOLD. However, in one case, the husband does not show up in LDS Tools. In the other case, the husband does show up and it's not a good situation because the couple has ...

Re: Contribution to General Missionary fund by mistake

Got it done. It was easy. I printed a copy of the correction where the reason is shown and had the member sign that. Thanks for the input everyone. Not sure why I didn't see what I needed to do before asking.

Re: Contribution to General Missionary fund by mistake

Good info here and much appreciated. The suggestion to get the donor signature, even if not required, isn't a bad idea. I had an email exchange wherein she requested that I make the change if I could. But I will get her to sign the printed documentation. Thanks again, all.
