Re: Family History Report

I just saw this report recently also. I have a question about the meaning of the "submitting" indicator. Does it indicate the number of members who added names to family search, or does it indicate the number of members who reserved an ordinance, or does it indicate the number of names in ...

Re: Calendar Tooltip in week view display bug

Oh, I am so sorry! I looked and looked and did not find that post. I found two others that mentioned a tooltip, but not that one.

Sorry to waste time there. Thanks a bunch!

Calendar Tooltip in week view display bug

I have noticed several times in week view, where there are quite a few events showing (for a 3 ward building calendar) that when you hover over an event, the tooltip sometimes shows the information for multiple events. After noticing this tangentially for a number of months now, it seems that it hap...

jdcr256, Thanks for looking into this. It probably isn't helpful, but I wanted to chime in that we have the same problem in our ward, and specifically we will see each resource within a location that is scheduled as null, so if we schedule the Cultural Hall, the Kitchen and the RS room, then the ema...

mjeffreysx, As far as I know, the new calendar should be able to handle that task. I am unsure as to why the member is required to contact the person assigned to a location. The building scheduler for our building does not typically get involved with people scheduling the building unless there is a ...

One way to accomplish what you want is to use a Daily repeating event, instead of a Weekly. The Daily option does give you an entry field where you can enter any number. So you can specify that it repeats every 105 days, which is 15 weeks. That will work exactly how you want it to. I know that solu...

Need more recurrence choices for number of weeks

Hi, Love the new calendar! And thanks for fixing the email notifications! That is going to make my life a lot easier. I have a need to add an recurring event for a scheduled building cleaning that will occur every 15 weeks on a Saturday morning. Why 15 weeks? Well, we have 3 wards in our building, a...

Ward Library Check In/Out program

Has anyone made a program to allow for easier tracking of checking in and out items from the ward library (or materials center)? Although I have searched for it through the Wiki and Forum, I have not found any references to such a program (I may not have been thorough enough though), so I thought I'...

Key Management System

I was wondering if anyone had any examples of key management software they have used to manage who has been given keys to what locks, and what each key opens. I am looking to organize the way we hand out and retrieve keys when we issue callings and releases to our members. In our stake the Facility ...

An interim proposal

I have read all the previous posts with great interest, as we have also had some of the issues raised here in our own ward. In fact, more than a few times during our PEC it has been mentioned about the (supposed) disparity between the ward calendar and the resource calendar, and I continually have t...
