Reconciling Budget catagories (DC orders)

So I had no idea you could put DC orders in MLS with the "not a check" option in expenses. If I go ahead and do that, is it going to mess up my monthly reconciliations from the past?

HT Report, does this exist?

EQ Pres came in today and asked if we could print the inverse of home teaching assignments (Your name and you your home teachers are). I went to one of the HT reports that shows name - ht - then % of visits made. That's as close as I could find. He says his previous secretary knew how to get the ass...

Our ward is doing a sort of find the lost sheep initiative. We want to map out the lost sheep (preferably in one color, or several classifications red=lost sheep married, blue=lost sheep with children etc) and then put active members in another color to show active members that they may have someone...

Toner replacement frequency

How frequently are you replacing your toner? We have 2 units in our building, I replaced the toner in September and when I got to the building this morning, it was empty. I have kept up with the toner count each week and we've had weeks as high as 800 copies. This seems really high to me, but figure...

My guess is that the particular financial clerk in this situation is the one that is feeling picked on.

Bug? I went through and standardized most of our calling names within the custom positions review. Fast forward a week or two and I noticed that one of the callings I changed was back in the custom calling name (I noticed because it is misspelled). I went back to the custom positions review and noti...

Multi-ward Resource - Building Calendar

So I've been working with the Stake Technology Specialist the past few weeks to try to get access to our ward building resource calendar, so I can put the building calendar there instead of our MS Works Calendar file on the local unit computer. He added me as an admin and when I attempted to add cal...

Warnings and Errors on Membership Records

I recently got called as clerk and I am attempting to clean up our records from the Membership Record Validation Report. There are easily 40 records that are missing a birthplace mother or fathers name. I was able to clean up 1-2 of them, the others are Do not contacts. What do I do about this?

Backup policy?

We had a building burn down in our stake today. It wasn't my building but it got me thinking about what it would be like to be the clerk in that ward. We have our records in a normal filing cabinet so that would be gone. Would you just go in and re-print all your reconciliations/old checks, re-sign ...
