Download youth presentation video

We will need to run the 5th Sunday youth presentation on three TVs in different rooms. Our Bishop is concerned that the building does not have the bandwidth and has asked a few of us download the video so it can be viewed offline. Accessing the website from my iPad I can see the download option and ...

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

We have no issues with it. Individuals who have taken the training appear correctly. Our Bishop was one of the first to complete when the training first became available. He did not show up on the first report that was only available for a few hours but when the report came back online, he was there...

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

It appears that everyone that was in a listed calling but has not completed the training shows a status of over due. Those that have been called to listed positions since the trading was introduced have a status of not completed.

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

I was happy to see that the report is not only available to Bishops and Stake Presidents as previously reported. I can see it as Executive Secretary, which is what the Bishop was hoping for since he would like me to keep on top of it for him. I completed the training a few weeks ago even though my c...

"Send a Message" and seminary students

I know this is an old thread but the subject fits. Over the last few days I have been asked a number of times to send an email to parents of seminary kids. That’s not an option in send a message so I sent to parents of YW and parents of YM and tell them the message only applies to parents of seminar...

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

I sent feedback through the website explaining that the Bishop had assigned me, as Executive Secretary, to track and follow-up on completions. That this assignment was made in large part to lessen the burden on the Bishop. The response I got back from the church said that they were still making adju...

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

That’s not good considering I’ve been assigned to coordinate and monitor completion in our ward. It’s not listed in the access tables. If the church is still fine tuning, hopefully Executive Secretary's will have access when it’s done.

Re: Where is the Youth Protection Training Report?

Our ward council is asking me about a report so please post here when it’s available again. Hopefully I’ll get the notification.

Re: Store hymn books upright w/title showing

Good point. I've been told directly that the book holders are designed to hold three books because so many buildings share with a foreign language unit. The holders are not ment to hold books on their side. How many libraries store books that way? If every ward bought a case of books every two years...
