Re: Calendar Sharing
I’m only at the ward level so don’t have the ability to create a stake calendar. I’m actually sort of suprises Salt Lake hasn’t done one that can be pushed to anyone. For now I’ll go through the effort for just our ward.

Re: Sharing out experience with Virtual Sacrament Meeting Broadcasts
I was Executive Secretary and was involved in all of the discussions but from what I could tell they just used the tools in the zoom account. You get more control when you get a paid account.

Re: Sharing out experience with Virtual Sacrament Meeting Broadcasts
We just moved from one ward to another within the same Stake. In our old ward the had a full sacrament meeting using a paid zoom account. We had Choir music for prelude and postlude. For congregational singing we just played music from the app and families sang at home (interesting to watch), we eve...

Re: Virtual best practices during quarantine
Our primary music leader started doing a version of the masked singer with some of the leaders being singers of primary songs Along with clues. She edits the video and posts it on the ward Facebook page.

Re: Virtual best practices during quarantine
As I understand it, Zoom still has the 40 minute warning, but the meetings themselves are not limited. Just ignore the warning (for now). The first time, yes. The second time you try it, when the 40 minutes arrive, zap. Your meeting ends. At least that is what happens to me. I decided if I really n...

Re: Virtual best practices during quarantine
Our area authority has essentially opened up the options with the caution that what works for one unit is not necessarily what another unit needs and to not compare. For a long time our Bishop was very set on allowing members to focus on the “home centered” direction, but lately he is venturing into...
