Re: Guide to Using Calendar

Our stake shares a building with a ward from another stake. Both units can add calendar items but we cannot see the other wards calendar items. For example, in one situation the two wards in one build (one from each stake) try to schedule youth events to reserve the building for an event. Since they...

Watching webcast stream on iPhone or iPad

Global Services tells me that receiving streams on the iPhone/iPad is not supported but that there are rumors that some people have figured out how to accomplish this. Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas? The Goodplayer app from the app store works. We use it all the time to monitor our stre...

I have been looking at the Intensity Shuttle. Have you found it anything about compatibility yet? We're looking at it instead of installing a PCIe card in a desktop computer. I would appreciate any information you have learned about this solution.

Where did you find the RM-BR300 at $850? Most places have it listed about $1300+.

Thanks

I am seeing the same issue with all day events. When I sync them to outlook or Mac they show up one day earlier. If I create a start and end time, the sync properly. I, too, really like the new features but this is a big problem since so many are syncing their calendars.

I'm confused. When I enter an event in the calendar that is an all day event ( for example -thanksgiving). It shows up fine on LDS.ORG but if I sync to outlook or iPad it comes over as the prior day event ( for example -Wednesday). I have to give it a time (which does not make sense for a holiday )....

Calendar date issues

My stake calendar has a number of events that are entered without times. In the calendar they look correct but when sync to outlook or google or iPad they all show one day earlier. For example thanksgiving shows up as Wednesday.

All-day events off by a day on sync

I am still having this issue with all of the sync calendars. The "all day" events are on the wrong day and the timed events are the off by one hour. I am in Central time zone and they seem to be in Mountain time zone. [Moderator Note: I moved this topic from the original thread Calendar 2.0 time zon...
