Re: Webcast end of life question.

It would be great if the Church Webcast Department could post some simple instructions for options. We have old analog systems in our Stake Center and it isn't so easy to capture audio and video from the mounted camera into a computer to send out to Zoom. I am not an AV expert by any means and could...

Re: Webcast end of life question.

Switching the Teradek over to send viewers to Zoom is the easy part, the difficult part is that our Stake Camera system is analog and there currently is not a way to get the camera signal and audio converted over into a computer running zoom which then broadcasts back out to the internet. We would h...

Re: Sharing our experience with Virtual Sacrament Meeting Broadcasts

Is there agreement between us the users and church headquarters as to how best to support virtual sacrament meetings? How about somebody in the "know" setting up a zoom meeting where we can hear some instruction and ask questions. Record it so it can be played by later. Kenyon Hart STS Ty...

Re: Ideas for a stake-wide webcast

I would love to see your set up, maybe a diagram if you have one? I am trying to figure out the best way to run better cameras and audit to our older version stack (no hdmi) only RCA input and serial input from a computer. The audio is the bigger issue. Currently we run to a teradek encoder but the ...

Stake Leadership Meeting - Zoom w/breakouts

I am wondering if there is a way to use the Chapel's A/V system for the primary zoom broadcast so that we can have a general instruction session followed with breakout rooms that would then return to the main Chapel for closing remarks etc. Everyone will be attending virtually except the Stake Presi...

Re: Family History Center Computers

I am still confused on this issue. If the purpose of using TeamViewer was to allow social distancing within the FHC where a coordinator could see and interact with another person through their screen across the room, would this be a license violation? Would you suggest another software that would be...

Screen sharing / remote viewing for FHC Computers

Hello, I am the STS for our Stake and was asked a question regarding FHC computers. As they are working to social distance the coordinators would like to know if there is an approved software that could be used to allow them to jump into a desktop via screen share and where needed, take control, in ...
