I did reach out to Ward Clerk and they had no idea at all why these Apps were not downloading certain videos as they are too busy to be using the apps during Sunday meetings! I will try Stake Technology Specialist, but have worked with him regularly as former FHC Director--with computer updates, etc...

I am having the same problem with ALL my 4 Android Devices as well as my husband's I Pad. I have been trying to find a source of tech help on both platforms. If you and others are having this problem, there should be someone working on this issue.
