Re: Can't access 2017 quarterly reports
I seem to recall that in the past I could see future quarterly reports. Maybe I'm remembering wrong though.

Can't access 2017 quarterly reports
For the last few weeks I have been attempting to file the Q2 quarterly report. When I go online I get a dropdown menu with all the years but it only goes to 2016. I played around with it a bit but I can't get access to 2017.

Re: Can No Longer Print More Than 1 Copy
I always had this problem when printing in MLS. I have not tried yet in our new browser based programs. I've come to believe that this is done on purpose but nobody seems to know anything about it.

deadline for reimbrusement at the end of the year?
A few organizations are trying to use up their budgets before the year ends. Primary is buying craft supplies, the library wants to buy paper and toner. Etc. What is the deadline to submit these reimbursements or make these purchases so that they still apply to the 2016 budgets? It seems like Decemb...

reimbursement for uneaten food?
If a member buys food supplies for an event (in this case it was sandwich stuff to feed visitors from the stake during stake conference). After the meal or activity is done they take home the leftovers. Should they somehow adjust their reimbursement for the portion of uneaten food? I, personally, do...

what should I have in the clerks office?
I'm trying to ensure that the clerks office has everything that it should have, in terms of supplies and whatnot. Does anyone have a list of what items I should have in here so I can order them or even create a re-order schedule for consumables? Is there some sort of standard inventory? I was going ...

librarian requested an item that I can't find.
She asked me for an "art pack". It contains a large number of pictures in a blue case. I have one in my own home so I know exactly what she wants but I can't find it anywhere on the church site. I've looked extensively in the "art" section but it's nowhere to be found. "gosp...

need some tips on organizing a box full of keys
I don't know if the church has procedures on this. I've never found anything about it. There is a small "key box" in the clerks office. The keys inside are VERY disorganized though. Many of them are not labeled. I don't really know how to go about identifying keys and organizing them in a ...

Is this the correct procedure for setting up a password for a new person?
So, I am the ward clerk. I went into MLS. I clicked "edit" and then "system options". That puts me on the screen that shows every calling and person who is set up with access to MLS. Next I click on the calling, "bishop" and change the name of the person and assign a te...

What to do when a new bishopric is called?
A new bishopric was called in my ward today. I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out everything that the clerk (me) needs to do. I've already set up user ID and passwords as well as the new signature card. I've also signed out keys to each of the new bishopric members. We have a lot of tithing en...
