You have a different church account that has your membership record number already connected to it. You'll either have to use that one or get the two accounts merged.

What you are seeing there should be the same as what you see in LCR going to Organizations -> Elders Quorum -> Ministering (this would be any callings that might have been added). If you're looking for what you find in LCR -> Ministering then you'll want to go to Reports -> Ministering Brothers
