The error message states that the modem is not working and gives a list of three reasons why this could be. However, we have verified that the modem is working properly and is properly connected.
My unit is having this same problem today as well. The modem is working properly, however, MLS will not allow us to send/receive changes. I believe it is related to our ward not upgrading our MLS properly while I was out of town last weekend.

After a ward missionary has returned, what should be done with the funds remaining within that account? Should these funds be directed into the general church missionary fund? Can these funds be allocated to other ward missionaries currently serving or missionaries who are nearing departure?
