I'm having an issue where I do all the steps needed to sync it all with Google, but when I make a change on the Church's calendar, it takes up to 48 hours or longer for it to sync with Google. Is there something I'm missing?

Our Stake split our ward with others and part of the change move some missionaries around. However, one family was ahead on thier payments but the account was pulled too soon before the account was even. Since the ward still resides in the stake, are we able to transfer the funds?
