Households Not Visited in last three months

Is there any way to update this report to not include the current month? It really throws people off when discussing because we don't report the current month until the end of the month.

We only have a couple of people in our ward with this issue. In our circumstance, the gluten free product is wrapped and placed on the tray with the other bread. The people who have this issue have also been asked to sit in the same location so that it can be placed on the same tray each time.

Problems with Classic stake / ward site login?

I was contacted by a member of our ward this morning who could not login. I went to the Classic site to check on her login and could not login to it myself (tried multiple times). I am getting the message: "The user name or password you have provided has not been registered." Doesn't that site use o...

My guess is that you're stake president isn't the only one that feels that way. We just got a new building about two years ago and there are no bells. To be honest, it seems that it is rare that we go over at all.

I am the ward clerk and have been contemplating the use of texting for the ward (most especially for emergencies) but I have some questions... Not everyone has free / unlimited texting, right? How is information collected about whether people use texts? As a clerk I could use a custom field, but it ...

I have found that as I have used the month / year estimation that MLS will change the month / year I put in to the last day of the month previous. For example, if I put in Jan 09, it will change it to 31 Dec 08. My recommendation would be to choose a date that you will know when you see it that it i...

Certificate Issue while transmitting

We had this problem on Tuesday night at about 7pm ET. I was training a new clerk and had the luxury of leaving the send/receive and going over other things. While we were wrapping up training between 8:30 & 9pm, we were able to transmit successfully.
