I’m not able to sync successfully and it boots me out. I can’t use membertools app at all on my iPhone or iPad. Deleted and reloaded program, no change..... help?

I don't recall my MLS password. How do I get that back, or reset? I served as a counselor in the bishopric originally, and used MLS regularly. Now that I am the Bishop, I rarely log into MLS. I hadn't written my password down, and have since forgotten it. I can't find any solution to this....

Any clue on what's happening? I'm suspecting a "blank" result (perhaps due to slow server) somehow getting saved as the users trying to figure out what's happened. That seems like a likely scenario, but I don't have my fingers in that project. I know they've been working on isolating it. ...

We still can’t see any assignments. It’s like everything was wiped completely clean. Is there hope? Should we start all over? Is this a sign from above that our assignments were all wrong? Help?
