Re: Correcting Meeting House Address
The situation was finally resolved. The local FM guy told that the FM area office changed our address. He said that since the new address was an already existing meetinghouse, they decided to make the change. I guess if we had to rent a place to meet, they wouldn't have changed the address. I guess ...

Re: Correcting Meeting House Address
They don't actually change the building address, but they assign units to buildings. I get this. What I don't get is why they can't assign our unit to another building. That would leave the old building without any assigned unit, but why is that a problem? Now they are saying that there is no way t...

Re: Correcting Meeting House Address
From what I can see in my view into GPM the address there is not the same one that is in CDOL. I told this to the FM people and they apparently contacted some higher-ups. This is the response they got from the higher-ups: In my knowledge, when a unit is meeting in a temporary place we don’t have to...

Re: Correcting Meeting House Address
Meetinghouse addresses come from the FMAT database which is maintained by the FM group. To make corrections you need to contact your FM group (usually through your Physical Facilities Representative who is usually a high counselor) and ask them make the correction. Do you have first-hand knowledge ...

When using your home computer, are you logging with your own account? It happens that people unintentionally log in with their spouses account.

Re: Ward Moved: Maps Correct, CDOL isn't
Our ward is changing location, too. I have left feedback in CDOL to tell the new address. In the move, the meeting times will change too and I have changed the times in LCR's Other: Unit settings page. Will these changes show in the maps? I ask this, because in another thread it is explained that th...

Re: Is the Ward Clerk required to take Bishopric Meeting minutes?
Handbook 2 has more information: 18.2.6 The bishopric usually meets at least weekly. The ward clerk and ward executive secretary attend; the clerk keeps a record of assignments and decisions. 4.6.4 The ward clerk keeps a record of assignments and decisions made during ward council meetings. 4.3 tell...

I think it is a good thing if the youth need to have a new interview if they have destroyed their recommend. They should learn to keep better care of it.

Re: Circular Letters to clerks
Today I received a new circular letter to my inbox. It explained that official letters are send by email beginning March 21. It also listed people who are receiving communication. Clerks were not mentioned. So I'm still wondering whether I should be receiving these emails or not.
