False Alarm!
I tested out the "Ask a Question" feature and I received a personalized reply. Maybe this Baurak Ale fellow was just asking wacko questions or something.
Anyway, it does seem to work after all. Good job Church and Church web people!

Mormon.org's Ask a Question Feature
In another online forum, this was recently posted by a Baurak Ale: [INDENT]"The purpose of this thread is to discuss the Church's only known online avenue for people to ask the Church a question and recieve an Official Church Response. The Churches "ASK A QUESTION" page is located on ...

Once again, I really think this is something independent people, or an independent organized group, could set off and do on their own. Not everything has to go through official Church channels. It is a slothful servant that thinks the only way to do things has to be through official programs. For ex...

If you're fluent, do it yourself! Why not? Making an audiobook is fairly easy. I've done it. You just read the book out loud. Make that your scripture study for a few months. And then post it online somewhere. If there was enough interest, it would be kind of fun to organize something like this, fin...

I see no ads because I'm using Firefox. If you were using Firefox (and why aren't you?!), you too would see no ads there! So sorry for not taking that into account. It's easy to forget they're there. Since it involves changing exactly 3 characters, here's one on the plan you prefer: http://geoc...

Side-by-Side Sciptures
http://www.geocities.com/sidebysidescriptures Made a new thread because I just wanted to make sure Thedqs and whoever else it was that wanted this got the message that now their problem is solved. If I correctly understood what they wanted, that is. If you don't like having to scroll over every tim...

As for side-by-side languages, you can do that yourself without having to wait for the Church. Just build yourself a little web page and put them in side-by-side frames. Easy! Look, I'll even do it for you, I'm so nice: http://www.geocities.com/sidebysidescriptures There you go! Is that kind of what...

Tom is right, the Scriptures are not in PDF format. Um, I think we are talking past each other here. Not that it matters too much to me any more, now that I've figured out what's going on, but trying one more time: Actually I was right (hope that doesn't sound prideful), the scriptures ARE in PDF f...
