Another update, to version 4.03.6, still no joy with this issue, have sent feedback again.

Very frustrating as I like to like to listen on my way to and from work.

Just had the 4.03.1 Beta come through and it's fixed the bug, have turned my cast back on with no issues.

Bit of an update, I got the 4.03.1BETA update through and the issue remains. I've cleared all the app data and restarted.

I'll try an uninstall and fresh re-install later see if I get any joy.

Not using any bluetooth devices, have tried it with the phone speakers and a conventional audio jack pair of headphones.

Bluetooth on my phone is disabled. Hopefully next weeks bug fix will do it.

If you go to settings, scroll down, click on Google, then their should be an option in there for Google cast.

Fixed it on my Samsung galaxy a10 tab.

Just a note to say I can't get the new preview app to open on my phone. Displays the splash screen for 20 seconds or so then goes back to app list.

I know it's an early alpha but thought feedback might help.
