I'm getting an error "Cannot create a new Zoom Account." when trying to transfer the Zoom account for our Edmonds ward. The site says to come to the forum for help, so here I am. This post in another related topic explains your options. Thanks, that post alone didn't help, but some others...

Can someone confirm if enrolling an account that already exists means you'd have to reschedule existing recurring meetings? The "Transfer" PDF says "Following the steps provided below will: - Cancel locally purchased Zoom account" but I'm hoping that actually it just cancels the ...

I have reinstalled MLS and restored from a backup. Looks okay now.

I'm also having this problem today. Very disconcerting.

Go to advanced search
