Re: Old Member Records
I found a bunch of priesthood ordination forms. You mentioned that SLC wasn't recording the "by whom" for a period of time. The issue I'm seeing is that on many of these records (forms) that I have, the members are no longer in our ward and I have no way of seeing if the "by whom"...

Re: Old Member Records
These are all child blessing record and certificates. The white (top) and yellow carbon paper. They are the forms that are filled out to record the baby blessings. I'm assuming that they were recorded but the part I'm not sure about is when I look at an individuals records there is no screen showing...

Old Member Records
Can I get some advice. My ward was one of the oldest wards in the church at one time and I have membership records, new child blessing records, ordinance records, etc... where some of these records date back to the 70's. We are working on cleaning up and consolidating. This includes these old member...

Re: Incorrect Last Name
I take that back. I noticed the "Change Household Name" button and choose it. It had the incorrect household name. Thanks for your help.

Incorrect Last Name
I need assistance with a name issue. There is a brother and sister in our ward who's last name has been changed to their daughters married name. In LDS.org the records are correct but in the LDS Tools app their last name is incorrect. Please advise me on how you would like me to get this couple's in...

Re: Change baptism to a convert baptism
Thank you all for your comments. After looking closer at the current age of the person in question I missed took her age. She is actually 10 years old now. Her birthday is Sept 21 so she would have been 10 years old when she was baptized. So, from the comments I need to contact the Global Service Ce...

Change baptism to a convert baptism
Back on the 5th of Nov. we had a baptism where the youth was just over 8 years old. The records were recorded normally as a ward baptism. The mission president wants the baptism changed to a convert baptism. Is there a way that this record can simply be changed to a convert baptism? If so please let...

Re: Member name showing up on LDS Tools but not the ward list
I am the ward membership clerk. My bishop uses LDS Tools a lot to look at the members list. When he told me about the two members I tried to look them up in LDS.org and when I couldn't see them there I tried LDS Tools. I saw the same names my bishop was seeing. How am I supposed to check if they are...

Member name showing up on LDS Tools but not the ward list
I have two members that are showing up in LDS tools but they are not in the Member List. On of the members is no longer in our ward so they shouldn't be in the Member list but they shouldn't be showing up in the LDS tools either. The other member is in our ward but not showing up in the Member List ...
