How do I query a perceived error in the number of "submitters" for a particular Month? I know that 5 members (who had not previously submitted in 2019) submitted in the month of December but the graph only shows an increase of 3. No members (who have previously submitted) have moved out of...

Okay, thanks, will be patient. This is the first time I have had a problem with this so I resolved it by doing "Screen Captures" and building the report in a Word doc. I like to post it on our Ward FB Page to keep the members informed of our progress so have to Print it then Scan it as a ....

So, you are having problems, as well? The message above is what I was referring to with "as indicated". This can't be due to Server Overload or Maintenance because it has gone on for too long. Hardly temporary.

Why am I not able to PRINT Novembe'rs Report. I've been trying for 2 days. Surely the Server is not down for this long as indicated.

MLS 3.1.2 upgrade

New to the site so forgive me if I am disoriented. I understand that some of our units may not be able to automatically upgrade to MLS 3.1.2. The alternative, I understand, is to download the SW and install manually. How do I (asst Stake Clerk) do this?
