Audio cutting out on webbroadcast

So this is happening fairly frequently. The stream will be fine for an hour or two and then I will loose audio. Nothing I do will get the audio working again. When I call up support they take a look at the stream and then the audio starts working again.... very strange So my question, has this ever ...

Are you referencing the single sign on church account? I.e. family search etc... lds.org

Got it

It just didn't like to fire up windows media player from within IE 8 on windows 7. Firefox worked fine as well as opening the url from within windows media player.

Can someone verify if the communicator\viewer must originate from a church ip address. I am looking to use clearwire as a backup broadcast channel, and it dosn't seem to work. I also brought to communicator home to mess around with and so far haven't been able to get it to work through my FIOS conne...

Mouse over footnotes would be very cool!

I think it might be possible to do this with a firefox plugin or maybe greasemonkey, at least until (hopefully) the church does it!
