Your response is for Handbook 1, but what about Handbook 2. What is the direction? It's chicken and egg, how am I supposed to know if we got two few books for the new edition, unless I'm told how many we're supposed to be getting at a branch.

New Church Handbook Question

If I have a branch, how many Handbooks 1 and Handbooks 2 should I be receiving? I ask in regards to the November 2010 leadership training. Our branch only received five.

Additionally, if I have a ward, how many Handbooks 1 and Handbooks 2 should I be receiving?

Thanks!

Quarterly Report Transmission Failures

We're having troubles getting one of the unit's quarterly reports to transmit to SLC. Any other suggestions outside of what has already been posted on this link?

Thx!

Single Adult Question in Quarterly Report

I believe there are one or two questions about single adults in the quarterly report and that this is fairly new. When was this question added to quarterly reports?

Stake or ward clerk? - Melchizedek Priesthood Ordination Certificate & MLS Entry

Who is responsibile for doing the priesthood ordination certificate and MLS entry of someone becoming an elder or high priest?

I know the stake president needs to sign it, but does the stake clerk have any other responsibility for this?

Church Administration Office - Address Unknown

Can you share more about what the Church Administration does when it gets an address unkown? I know they place a phone call to family members, but am curious what else is done.

Thanks.

Address Unknown - When to send out

I agree that when all resources have been exhausted, records should be moved, but don't think we should be too quick to send records out. I have been an EQ President before and experienced several instances where HT'ers wanted to give up and send a record out, but we persisted to have them continue ...

What is the official church policy on determining when a record should be moved out?

What is the official church policy on determining when a record should be moved out? Often, a less active will appear to have moved out of ward boundaries and no one knows that they have moved, until later, after letters have been sent and bounced back, the door has been knocked on multiple times at...

Thanks

Alan,

Thanks! I'll ask my stake president to speak with the membership department.
