Re: Zoom account support - reconfiguration
Am I correct in guessing that the "https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/" page is where you grant / edit the licenses? That is a "yes", that is correct. The Stake President updated my record and it shows the STS calling, but I don't have access yet. It shouldn't take more than a...

Re: Zoom account support - reconfiguration
Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the old account and recreated an account using a new email address.

Zoom account support - reconfiguration
The letter that came from the Church said this about the Zoom Account that would be created: a Church-provided Zoom license can be requested that: • Can be shared within a unit. • Can host two concurrent meetings. • Does not limit meeting duration. • Can be used for both interactive and noninteracti...

Re: Church provides a new Zoom Account to local units
I'm the STS. I created two accounts for two units. One unit called me AFTER they had approved the account. They asked me to remove it so they could use a different e-mail. I went to the site and removed the account. When I tried to create a new account, I received an error ("Error - Cannot crea...

Re: How do you remove a root directory MLS folder when you want to reinstall MLS in a clerk's computer
It's under C:\Program Files (x86)\LDS Church\MLS (64-bit machine) or C:\Program Files\LDS Church\MLS (32-bit machine). Actually, it's OK to blow away the LDS Church folder and everything that's under it. Make sure you do a backup before you blow anything away. You'll need it to restore your data. Af...

Re: Upgrade Administrative Computers from Windows 10 - 1511?
It's installed. I'm just wondering if the Church is going to allow the software to run without updates?

Re: Upgrade Administrative Computers from Windows 10 - 1511?
If you enter "Winver" at the Run menu, Windows will show you the version. Mine are all 1511, which is to be obsoleted soon.

Upgrade Administrative Computers from Windows 10 - 1511?
Are there any plans to upgrade unit administrative computers, currently running Windows 10 version 1511 (OS Build 10586.962)? My understanding is that Microsoft will no longer provide updates for them past approximately October 2017

Re: Email semi-annual stake conference report?
I believe so. When our stake president presided, a form appeared that I had to fill out online. When an external authority presided, I had to fill out the old forms (I created a Word document so I could type and print it) and hand it to the authority. It then appears on that page a week or or so, la...

Re: Email semi-annual stake conference report?
If you have a general authority (or an area authority), you'll write out the report and give it to him to submit.
