Re: Out of Unit Baby Blessing Best Practices
I don't want to be antagonistic, but I disagree with both chriswoodut and eblood66. When printing a certificate, it will reflect the ward in which the certificate is printed. While a baby blessing is not a saving ordinance, it is still presided over by priesthood authority, in particular the Bishop ...

Donations spanning multiple countries
I have a member who has paid tithing in two different units in separate countries. His donor statement online for last year only shows donations made in the current (US) unit. How does he get a statement for donations made in his prior unit (Canada) for last year?

Birthday list of individuals assigned to HP
I need to make a birthday list comprised of individuals that are home taught by High Priests. Does anyone know of a clever way to accomplish this? I can get a birthday list of everyone in the ward or filtered by organization, but not filtered by home teaching organization. I can get a list of househ...

Re: No Tools to Fix a Membership Audit Warning
I get the same error for an individual who has been ordained an Elder. I can see no inconsistencies with any dates displayed in his record. Since Aaronic Priesthood offices are not displayed for members holding the Melchizedek Priesthood, I can only assume that the issue lies there; but I do not kno...

Out of Unit Baby Blessing Best Practices
I anticipate a child being blessed in my unit who is the child of members of another unit. This is a grandchild being blessed in the grandparents ward. The baby will be blessed by the member birth father. I'm wondering what is the best way to handle this? ⋅ I could create the blessing cert...

How to remove YW from Personal Progress Leader Summary?
There are a few YW in our ward who have graduated to Relief Society but their names (and progress) still appear in the Leader Summary of the Young Women Personal Progress webpage. Is there a way to remove them? I thought this would happen automatically when the individual's Class Assignment on her m...

Re: Visibility Settings not respected
I'm trying to set it to be more restrictive. Currently everything is at the default (Stake) and I'm trying to set the household address to "Private - Leadership Only". I've tested some random ward members without issue. It seems to only be an issue for this one household.

Visibility Settings not respected
I've successfully been able to set the visibility settings of members' information via LDS Tools or on the lds.org website. However, I have one household in the directory that is being stubborn and won't keep the visibility settings that I set. Does anyone have any insight into why this may happen?
