Permission to view/edit calendar
Hello all, Currently we have a member of the high council that is responsible for scheduling the District building, the problem is he only has permission to view/edit the calendars of the district and his own branch. Since he is unable to view/edit the other branch's calendars we sometimes run into ...

Re: Updating new branch clerk
LCR asks for two different users to authorize the calling of a branch clerk. The branch president and exec sec tried to update the calling on LCR, but it said their authorization was invalid. My guess is the exec sec doesn't have the rights to update that calling. I'll just have the branch presiden...

Re: Updating new branch clerk
What problem are you having? Any member of the branch presidency should be able to make that change. No additional authorization should be needed. LCR asks for two different users to authorize the calling of a branch clerk. The branch president and exec sec tried to update the calling on LCR, but i...

Updating new branch clerk
One of our branches has just called a new clerk. Who has the rights to update the calling on LCR? Looks like it requires two individuals to authorize the calling. The branch president and the exec sec both tried to authorize the new clerk calling, but its not working for them. Does it require author...

Re: Out of Unit Member Calling Problem
In my experience it hasn't been very picky – that's interesting. I'm not sure what algorithm it uses to match the full or preferred name. I've added out-of-unit members to callings in the past with just a preferred name, which doesn't always even exactly match the recorded preferred name. It may be...

Adding ward's MLS to stake computer
One of the branch clerk computers is not working. I'm in the process of getting the computer fixed, but in the mean time the branch is unable to complete the membership audit. Can the ward complete the audit on the stake computer? I've read that wards can access their MLS via other church computers ...

Membership Audit
i am a new Stake clerk and I have a question about membership audits. The previous stake clerk told me that the wards will complete the membership audits on their own. My role is to assist the wards if they need help. After reading through the forums it seems like I'm supposed to physically go to ea...
