During the last audit cycle (July-December 2019 several ward clerks entered expenses for reimbursement to themselves. In my stake that would be cheaper than the typical youth conference, which is completely funded by the stake budget each year. Having served as stake clerk for 14 years I can say with certainty that we spent between $100 and $140 per year per youth on youth conference.

You will need to have the Stake Clerk correct the Melchizedek Priesthood ordination. The easiest method is to provide the information to the ward clerk who then works with the stake clerk to correct the ordination information. My best guess, and it is only an educated guess, is that the message was sent using the proprietary iMessage protocol (Apple Push Notification) as many of the mobile providers in the US limit the number of SMS (standard format across all platforms). I know that Verizon limits my recipients to 10.
