Transferring Balance amounts to a serving missionary's new unit
Two missionaries were called from our Ward, and then their families moved. The funding Unit and the Home Unit has successfully been moved to the new Units for both of these families, but there remains amounts of money in our Ward's Missionary Fund under these Elders' names for the past 8 months afte...

Changing the Bishop
I've been informed by the Stake Clerk that it is my responsibility as the Ward Clerk to keep all of the Unit callings straight and current, including the calling of Bishop. Our Bishop was released today, and I am not able to find a way to release him from the calling, nor have I been able to find a ...

Re: Printing Ward Directory
Any other ideas or work-arounds that anyone has found that work?
Like I said, the scope of what's possible on LCR is amazing. I just wish I could provide the folk around me an operation procedure or instruction document that could guide/instruct them to do all the things they'd allowed to do.

Printing Ward Directory
I saw an explanation several years old that gives the correct location of the Print Icon on the Ward Directory page. That's not my problem. Everytime I, and every single one of the organization presidency members who have tried, select that icon, the pop-up menu for specifying the directory items to...

How to cancel an approved expense?
We had receipts emailed to the whole Bishopric, which is the 3 members of the Bishopric, please 2 clerks. And in an effort to be responsive, we overperformed. Two different expense/reimbursements were executed at the same time, and the notice that they were pending went to the remainder of the Bisho...

Re: Sophos update failure
And I wanted to follow up, that I followed my instinct to look for advice here, and think I *may* have found a solution. In another thread, I saw a post that said Sophos was located, "as a separate download in the computer section of the Help Center ." So I went there, and found https://ww...

Re: Sophos update failure
Any other success stories, or a best practice another Clerk has adopted they could share? I've reached out to our Stake Tech Clerk, and haven't heard back. I imagine that tech issues like the one I have having with Sophos are pretty minor on the landscape of the Stake, especially if we have a range ...

Re: Sophos update failure
Thanks for the reassurance. I knew this forum is user-to-user, but I have had a blizzard of auxiliary questions posed to me about updates and changes to the the LCR and other web capabilities. Given that Windows 7, our operating system, is ending its utility soon, I was just wondering. We will perse...

Re: Sophos update failure
Due to the following; 1) the complete lack of official response (or even notice of what on earth was occurring) the LAST time this happened, and 2) the fact that it has happened so many times to so many people (given the breadth of other similar items exactly like this one that I am seeing here), an...
