Ministering Sisters and Data Issues

Hello, My wife is RS president, and she said the Ministering organization and companionships all deleted and now the system shows how it looked about 6 weeks ago. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a huge issue? Is there a way to restore the data from a few days ago? (she has spent all day re-e...

Re: Want to buy a Smart phone

Let's expand this to include tablets, and large smart phones, sometimes referred to as Phablets. I am also moving to a new platform of smartphone, because the blackberry world is dead, at least for church related apps. The Gospel Library doesn't update content anymore, and the LDS Tools is no longer...

Broken Printer-Who is supposed to fix?

Advice needed. I called the number listed on the side of the printer, 800-537-7192 and they told me the FM group is responsible for fixing all printers within ward buildings and stake centers. The Global Service center does not do this any more. The issue was then submitted to the FM group, through ...

Family Safe Tracking for all devices

Does anyone know of a router I can buy that can track each individual device by MAC address, so I can see what's coming and going? In this world of BYOD, my teenage daughters have their friends over, and "Dad, what's the WiFi Password?" is happening all too frequently. I would rather they ...

Re: Leader Resources on LDS Tools for Android

I have version 2.0.5.0 installed on a new Android Phone, and I don't see everything other members of the bishopric see on their iPhones. When will this be updated so they are separate but equal?

Facebook?

I have had a lot of requests with questions about Facebook come to me asking if it's "approved". Can units (Either stake or Ward Level), use Facebook private groups to communicate with the youth? Young men, young women, or both. I recall a webcast training where this question was brought u...

Calendar Usage Question

I have read through all the help and viewed the tutorials, but maybe I am missing something. How does someone with a stake calling, reserve something in their own building, and have it show up on the ward calendar? I can create new calendar items, but the only calendar I can write to is the stake ca...

Re: Sony EVI-D70: Results of first Stake Conference Webcast

rhusted: Thanks, this is an excellent short quick start, it gets down to the point. I think I will laminate it and tape it right to the top of the webcast communicator. Good work.
