Re: Membership audit exceptions
I have a different question about the exceptions. We have had a few instances where clerks have checked boxes thinking there was an error to correct, and then saved and submitted the audit. Later we discover that there is nothing to correct and want to clear the exception from the stake report. How ...

Unit Abbreviations on Stake Reports
I am looking at various reports on LCR (I am a stake assistant clerk for membership) and on reports like Unit Statistics, some of our units have an abbreviation, while other units just have a random alphanumeric code for their "name" in the column headings. Is there any way for me to chang...

Re: How accurate are your membership records?
Don't forget good old snail mail as a pre-visit tool, to find out whether unknown members live at the listed address. Ordering personalized donation envelopes WITHOUT slips
Somehow, we have ended up with a surplus of donation slips but we are running low on envelopes. On LDS Store, there does not seem to be an option to only order personalized donation envelopes without receiving packages of slips as well. Anyone know if we would be able to do this by calling Salt Lake...

Re: who is included on line 24 of the quarterley report
He was baptized less than four months ago. Note however, there is no justification for assuming that a year would be the cutoff for a determination of the appropriate office according to Handbook 1, 16.7.1. However, this still doesn't answer the question of why our quarterly report doesn't consider ...

Re: who is included on line 24 of the quarterley report
I was wondering about this as well. We have a recent male convert who is over age 18. He is ordained a priest. However our number for this line shows a 0. Is this because the system considers the "appropriate office" for that age an Elder?

Re: Members without callings list in LDS tools
Logically, I understand the reason for the "potential candidates" checkmark, but in my heart I have never liked it and we have never used it. 3.3.3 in Handbook 2 explains why.

Re: Name format in CDOL
In general CDOL shows your preferred name if it exists otherwise it shows your full name. But to support General Authorities and a 'formal' name for printing on certificates for bishops and stake presidents we store an additional name format. This is typically first name middle initial. In your cas...
