I was wondering about this as well. We have a recent male convert who is over age 18. He is ordained a priest. However our number for this line shows a 0. Is this because the system considers the "appropriate office" for that age an Elder?

Logically, I understand the reason for the "potential candidates" checkmark, but in my heart I have never liked it and we have never used it. 3.3.3 in Handbook 2 explains why.
