Re: Multiple passwords

I need a password I can share for Family History, that is different from the one I use for LDS.Org. I should not need to expose my LDS clerk privileges to my wife when she is helping me on Family History. Is this possible? The LDS Account is a single-user account that is used across multiple LDS ch...

Re: Setting up child account Email address is "Not Valid"

The ward clerk won't have the ability to enter the e-mail address on the LDS Account site. The only e-mail he can alter is the one associated with the membership record. The Global Service Center can change the e-mail address on the account, if needed. You can contact support using the help links at...

Re: Setting up child account Email address is "Not Valid"

For registration purposes, if the family domain address won't be recognized, try using another e-mail address (for the sake of receiving the verification code to complete the registration). Once done, you, or he, can log in at ldsaccount.lds.org and update the e-mail address under the 'contact setti...

Re: password reset

The actual answer is; since both have the same email address, and both accounts expired at relatively the same time, if one were to look, there were likely two emails each day. One email for each account. When a password expires on a Workforce (employee, vendor, Sr. Missionary, etc...) account, they...

Re: Two Accounts - How Do I Link Them?

We would need to have specific account information to determine the best direction. It is not possible to make a donation using an account which is not linked to an MRN. They can go to ldsaccount.lds.org/contact, and make the appropriate selection "that the question or issue is not addressed, o...

I have to say the obvious, but just in case... Be sure you have specified the correct Bank Routing Number and Account Number.

Try taking a copy of the email to the bank and ask them about the transaction?
