Contact the Global Service Center; your account may not be enabled to have that access yet, or the calling may not be showing on the account. They can get you access to these submissions.

When signed in at lds.org under the online donations section, individuals should have the option to not only see the current year's donations but also the previous year's as well.

Unfortunately, there is no way to combine two LDS Accounts; however, accounts can be deleted or recovered by the Global Service Center. LDS Account also requires Internet Explorer 10 or 11, or a current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

There are options to enable partial access, but to what extent is dependent on individual circumstances, and determined by Local Unit Support. The Bishop should discuss the situation with Local Unit Support.
