Can't Remove Old Financial Statements

I'm in the occasional practice of removing our old financial statements to keep the MLS backup size/time to a minimum. However, the past year or so of statements do not offer the "remove" option. Is this normal? I'd like to remove all but the last couple of months worth of statements but MLS won't l...

I also have duplicates for Oct - 4 of them. Is upgrading to v3.5 the official fix? I usually wait until SW updates are pushed (rather than pulling them) to us - but no v3.5 yet. Is this happening to only a few units? Seems like there would be much more activity in this thread if it was a widespread ...

The last thing I want to do is remove a HP designation that IS correct. I feel it is much better to leave it as-is (potentially wrong) if I can't prove it is wrong. Presently, I pursuing two efforts to help resolve this issue. The first is to see if I can find any other witnesses, in addition to the...

HP Isn't Really a HP

Keeping the story short - just let it be said that we have an inactive elderly man in our ward for which his membership record says he was ordained a HP in 1996 - but reasonable evidence exists that he was not, that this recording of ordination, along with a couple of other inactive men in the quoru...

We are having the same problem 86Bengal is having, and an additional one. We recently started the ever-popular flag posting fundraiser. Our troop has offered the service to members and non-members alike. There have been several occasions a non-member has agreed to sign up for the service but later d...

How many of you out there would like it if CHQ officially set up every wards account so that it allowed the depositing of checks written to the units Scout troop? What problem would it solve for you?

The bank receiving Church unit bank concentration deposits can accept checks written only to the Church or the ward/branch. I believe this to be true - although I was hoping that someone would say there is a way to set it up such that the troop name could be added to the account so that checks writ...

I'm very aware of the one-account-per-unit policy - it's this very policy that's generating my question. There is a very legitimate need for a ward to be able to deposit a check written to the unit's Boy Scout troop into the Other category of the one allowed account for the ward. This would solve a ...
