Interesting idea. But wouldn't that mean that all ward programs would look pretty much the same ? Kinda takes the creativity out of the calling of ward bulletin specialist. Also, given that ward website only comes with around 20 stock images for the ward website, I would hope that a bulletin website...

General Conference audio - where are the 16K streams ?
Can anyone point me to some 16K General Conference
streams ? While I'm sure the 32 K ones are better
sound quality, on my dial-up connection, it just
ends up buffering every 5-10 seconds, making it
impossible to follow the speakers.
Thanks,
Atticus Ewig

There seems to be a pretty easy fix for this issue from the developer's side: Just add another database table for historical stats, and put in some logic to allow a choice between using the historical stats table (which is only changed by user intervention and not by membership moves), and the table...

On alternative would be to have users of any password-protected lds site to do the OCR for you using CAPTCHA. You know how on some websites it says type the letters in this box to gain access to this website, this is CAPTCHA. Now if we were to take handwriting samples to fill the box, and then follo...

Here's a pain-in-the-neck-way to record attendance in MLS: Make 104 custom membership fields Attended_SundaySchool_week1, week2, week 3...week52 Attended_Priesthood_or_Relief_Society_week1,week2, week3...week52 They would then have a true/false value. Of course, you would probably have to abbreviate...

Need to update 1st presidency photo
I was updating my ward website and noticed that the photo for the first presidency hasn't been updated to include the new counselor. A quick look around the websites in our stake showed that one of our wards is using the old 1st presidency photo on their main page. Could you pass along a request to ...

Unit Boundries Repository ?
I imagine that there is a computer system at CHQ that keeps track of all the Unit Boundries. It would be interesting to hear how it stores the information, what challenges they are overcoming, etc. Also, how confidential are unit boundries, anyway ? It seems that if there were a boundries lookup too...
