Why are MLS updates released on a Friday when there's little to no opportunity for support before Sunday processing? I think it's because it's the end of a work week. I still don't know why support isn't offered when needed: After business hours during the week, and half-day Saturday. I understand ...

I watch all my transmissions using the Help menu option to see the details. This notification has been transmitted each transmission since last update (2.4.1), but never was processed due to a glitch in MLS. It is now finally processed, and finally removed in 2.4.2. Unless you know for a fact that y...

To deal with fluctuations in budget and auxillary budget overspending, our stake uses categories called BU:Misc:Reserve and BU:Misc:CounterBalance. Here's how they work: The Reserve fund is estimated at the beginning and a total assigned, say $1,000. As the actual quarterly budget allocations come i...

Stake Seminary Summary Report looks new, but because that
is usually handled by another clerk, I can't be sure.

Please note the directive stating that custom fields should not be used to
record a member's political affliation or willingness to participate in (or purchase from)
a multi-level marketing scheme/business. I'm sure it's in the instructions somewhere.

Details, please. It would be nice to know what was fixed.
I know a bunch of the fixes are probably invisible, but let
us know anyhow. Someone told me that sorts are a bit
different in places, but didn't elaborate. Any info ?

If the intention is to provide this capability to stake offices going forward (by purchasing devices capable of it), then we need to make it part of the standard firewall scripts. I have started to notice this argument being used more and more and I would issue a caution on this line of thinking. I...

You have probably tried this, but try accessing the directory from a different browser/computer. I had made some changes recently in MLS and was wondering why they were taking so long to show up in the directory. I then switched to viewing the site using the Chrome browser (I usually use Firefox), a...

While certainly more work, we have always used an Other / AMFA account to receive agent fund reimbursements, and then wrote one check to ourselves to the budget category used. The rationale was that in the past, any deposits to a budget category would raise a red flag during audit time, and we wante...

Although I generally don't like resurrecting ancient threads, I created a fillable, saveable Activity Plan based on the link earlier in the thread, and it only seemed to make sense to post it in this thread instead of creating a new one. If you don't mind my asking, what software did you use to cre...
