Another option
We simply removing "the" administrator account from the logon screen
This allows you to have it available but not showing on the logon screen

We had the same issue with a new Lenovo desktop, it installed with [password] and we just changed the account to "Clerk"
Went into Control Panel > User Accounts > Change Your Account Name

PVC is working for us

Just ran a short test with a Nexus 7, Android 5.5.2, Windows 7 laptop and iPad Air 2 128 mb

You may need to remove the Vidyo Mobile client from the iPad, do a power off. then power on the iPad and then install the Vidyo Mobile client

...Cabled or wireless, vendor, model, memory size, and OS of the Windows device used

So where is the setting in the Microsoft Silverlight client
Log shows webcast receive starts out at 2048Kbps, but then it steps down to 500Kbps
