former stake members receiving notices from cancelled calendar items

I got an email today from a family that moved out of the stake a few months ago. Evidently they got an email when I cancelled an event on our stake calendar. I assume they are still subscribed, though hopefully one would be automatically unsubscribed when changing units. Is this still in the works? ...

The second problem kisaac described is what our branch is experiencing. Does anyone know if it is possible to dump the current database and do a Unit Data Refresh to start a new database? My only suspicion is this would not save financial data.

Some background info: 1. This is a new Dell 740 (Optiplex?) that replaced the old one in early May of this year. I suppose there could be hardware issues; the suggestion to run Open Office concurrently and see if it ever fails is a good one. 2. This is for a branch in our stake that doesn't have int...

MLS sporadically crashes

One of the branches in our stake has had continuing MLS problems. I believe they have the latest MLS (3.2.x).
