I am having the same issue with 5 of our family's Windows Phones. I have been to the chapel when there are no others present and still have the issue, so it is not a bandwidth type issue. I suspect jasonminer is on to something with the cert issue.

The clerk userid also has Admin rights, so just because they use a browser other than IE8 doesn't mean they are necessarily any less susceptible.

Hopefully until the new version comes out there will be an update to add April 2014 Conference to the app as a stop gap?
