Two Building Resource Calendars
We have just found out that the building in which my ward and two others meet has two separate building resource calendars. One is accessed by going to "Stake and Ward Web Sites", signing in, then clicking on "Resources (e.g., Buildings)". The other is accessed by going to "...

Yes, it is a reality as MLS allows for this. The clerks in our ward has done exactly what you said needs to happen . . . fix the telephone number to have an area code in all cases. It would be nice, however, if a template enforced the format of the telephone number that could be changed for interna...

While working at Sears around 2000 or so, I heard of one family in Houston who had one phone in the 713 area code, one in the 281 area code, and one in the 832 area code, so it is important to be sure you can get everything into MLS that applies. My best friend works around the Bay Area in Californ...

hello, I have identical issues and would like to know what exactly your STS was able to do to get things back on track. The clean install doesn't even complete so that I can even test with the test unit data. Very strange indeed. Thanks Follow up, in my case the problem was a corrupted unit directo...

Thanks again, everyone. I couldn't get back to the office tonight due to an injured foot, but my STS was going to go over and check it out. If he wasn't able to get anywhere, I'll try the suggestions below. At one point I did delete the jre5 and jre6 folders after copying them to a flash drive. I a...

Another suggestion that builds on an earlier suggestion someone made: Do a completely clean install. By this, I mean: Uninstall MLS. Move the C:\Program Files\LDS Church folder somewhere else on your hard disk. Rename the C:\Program Files\jre6 folder to something else. Install the full installation...

While MLS is running, under Task Manager you will see two processes: javaw.exe and MLS.exe. The javaw process will take far more memory than the MLS process. The version of Java used by MLS is the one that MLS installs, which is in C:\Program Files\jre6. The regular install of Java is normally at C...

I'm now logged on from the ward computer. I had not seen the post by jdlessley until just now. Let us know if after you follow the steps above you cannot logon to MLS because there may be some Java issues on your computer. When my bishop was working on this with me on Sunday, he opened Task Manager...
