Check what version you have on your phones. Current is 3.6.1.

It sounds like you have old versions on your tablets.

Are you looking in the Member Tools app? I believe that comes from what temple is your ward is assigned to. It may not be necessarily the closest (or preferred) temple.

Personally, I'd release the person sustained. As for the one not sustained, I'd let them know they're released (if it wasn't already obvious such as they've moved out of the unit.)

But that's just me.

I think a feature was added to see prior units for the past year (to support temple interviews) since a person can bounce between different wards pretty quickly and the prior ward may not be the best one to talk to. As for the message, if it's not the prior "ward", then perhaps they were i...

The mix of Win7/Win10 strikes me as a bit odd unless the stake bought more machines, centers merged, or usage suddenly shot up.

In my case, when a "machine refresh" came, ALL the machines were replaced with identical units.
