Re: Duplicate Ministering Assignments

For example, we have found some families that have two different husband/wife companionships that have been assigned to them. I'm guessing that one was assigned to the household by the EQ (the old Home Teaching) and the other assigned to a sister by the RS (the old Visit Teaching). If you really ha...

Re: Stake Young Single Adult Adviser Access to Stake YSA List

I appreciate the speedy response. If the advisors were in charge of teaching a stake-wide sunday school class for YSA's, would there be a way to create a class that then would allow the advisors to look up a class roster? That way there would be a responsibility for individuals. No. As it is there'...

Re: Single Adult Ward 50+

The church does not authorize singles wards for 50+, so you will not find such a ward. This is true. SA wards are for Single Members 31-45. However, it's quite possible some ward consider the upper age limit as a suggestion rather than a rule. I'd start the search by typing your address into the Me...

Re: Stake Young Single Adult Adviser Access to Stake YSA List

The only way to be granted access to LCR is to give them a calling that has access to it. From the Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) FAQs Why do stake and auxiliary leaders and high councilors have only limited access to LCR? Stake auxiliary leaders and high councilors are primarily responsible to in...

I'd suggest sending feedback within the app to make sure the developers are aware of the problem.

Many of the privacy laws that apply to apps/web don't apply to paper - even if it's the same information.

Re: Submit an expense without a reciept

From the Help Center, Record Expenses and Reimbursements A member requesting reimbursement provides the receipts or invoices electronically (a picture or scan) or a physical copy showing the amount and date of the purchase. The member indicates which category the expense is for. If a receipt or invo...

Re: Missing AP ordination

Section 38.2.6 spells it out. I'll note that it appears that only the year needs to be known, not the full date. (38.2.6.1)

If you know the month, so much the better as it would clear up any issues with the subsequent baptisms.

Re: Sunday School Teacher can't see class members

While that would be nice, there appears to be legal/privacy reasons that's not done. Nor does it appear that will change anytime in the near future.
