Finally more information has come! The book of recommends from which my recommend was issued was sent to my ward here in Nebraska, but the distribution center THOUGHT they had sent it to a ward in Utah in 2007. (Apparently, FAIRVIEW is a common unit name.) The entire book has now been reported as lo...

I export a Membership.csv from MLS, sort by the TR expiration date, and copy the e-mail addresses of those about to expire into a new e-mail message. I use both the family and individual addresses to ensure both spouses know they need to check their recommends.

New procedure for registering new temple recommend books in MLS?

I am a stake executive secretary. I tried to activate a new temple recommend (for myself) from a new recommend book. I could not activate my new recommend through the Temple Entry System web site. "Error: The member's stake/mission does not match the stake/mission the recommend was sent to." The st...

I checked the Reservations calendar again, and it looks as if the building scheduler was able to delete the reservations she could not delete yesterday.

Same thing here. The building scheduler called to tell me she could not delete a reservation with Internet Explorer. I tried with Chrome and no luck either. We both just see the spinning graphic.

Just yesterday, I received e-mails from two former members of my stake, requesting the I remove them from my distribution list. I told them I had no control over how notifications for changed calendar events are sent to members. I wish I did, but I no longer have their records in my stake. Dana in O...

I can say ditto to this complaint. I have received several e-mails from confused members who moved out of our stake months ago. Their records are long gone, and I didn't have any explanation for them.

WWLT broadcast schedule?

I have not seen a broadcast schedule for the WWLT on 11 Feb 2012. Just for fun, I reactivated the old LUWS calendar and looked at the WWLT event. I then deactivated the LUWS calendar again. Here it is: Sunday, 11 February 1900 Worldwide Leadership Training Meeting On this date, a worldwide leadershi...

Our new pavilion is not at the stake center, but at a nearby meetinghouse. On a related note, I decided to create a location for the Family History Center. Although it is located within the stake center, I didn't want anyone reserving the entire stake center, since the FHC is scheduled separately. I...

This was my answer: [color=navy][font=Arial]I believe the answers are no, no, and no.
