Next/Previous buttons in Reservations view using IE9

When I view the Reservations calendar using Internet Explorer 9, I notice that the "sweet-spot" of the next and previous buttons is quite small. I have to hover the mouse directly over the triangle before the mouse pointer changes to a "hand" pointer. This does not happen using Chrome, and it doesn'...

Ampersand when creating a new event

When I click on the calendar, a "New Event" box pops up. If I enter an event title that includes an ampersand (&) character, and then click "Add event details & location" the event title is truncated at the location where the ampersand was in the pop-up. If I had entered "YM & YW Dance" then all tha...

If November 2011 is the current month being viewed, and I click on the Print button, the From and To lists include Jan 2011 through Dec 2011. I must change the current month to Jan 2012 to force the From and To date lists to shift to 2012. At one point, I had the From and To date lists start with No...

Printing the calendar

I can only print through October 2012. I was hoping to print all of 2012 to produce handouts for our stake council calendaring meeting tonight.

"Edit reservation details" vs "Edit event details and location"

This may be a known bug, or it may be my misunderstanding of a feature. I am the stake executive secretary, therefore an administrator. When I view the Reservations calendar, I see both reservations and events. The events are bold, and the reservations are a light grey. If I click on a reservation, ...

crislapi,
Your PDF step-by-step guide stopped short of the check-out procedure, where it asks you to enter ORGANIZATION on the Shipping & Billing page. It seems like any value will be accepted in that field.

I use Outlook 2003. I really didn't want to import all events from the stake calendars into my personal Outlook calendar, just so I could export them to Excel, and then copy them into my agenda documents. I suppose I could use Sunbird, but gosh, it seems like it would be so easy for the developers t...

Non-Resident Members

Story: When we started creating and dropping stake calendars on the new calendar site, I received an e-mail from a confused member who had moved out of our stake last year. She wanted to know why she was still receiving such messages from our stake. I looked at the Non-Resident Members page on the L...

I know they have OpenOffice installed on them, but our Stake Presidency and clerks all use and are familiar with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and OpenOffice just doesn't have the funcionality or familiarity they need. Sorry to comment on a stale thread, which I just found. As Russell said,...

Using wireless routers

We want to add more wireless access points to some of our meetinghouses. Is it OK to use generic (Netgear, etc) wireless routers, or must we order Cisco WAPs? If we use non-Cisco wireless routers, I know we must use WPA or WPA2 encryption. Is there any other special configuration that needs to be do...
