I have been working on compiling the kernel. At first I was following the instructions on http://www.slitaz.org/en/doc/scratchbook/ , but they didn't work. I am going to try BuildRoot ( http://buildroot.uclibc.org/ ), and if that doesn't work, Scratchbox ( http://www.scratchbox.org/ ). Todd

Website

I can register the domain at www.1cheapdomains.com for $12 US and www.3ix.com offers 40 GB of space with 100 GB of bandwidth a month for $12 US a year. I can cover this. Shall I go ahead and register for both?

I am sorry. I am not meaning to offend anyone. My original idea of having the Church spearhead the project now sounds kind of naive. However, there seems to be enough interest within the LDS community to support a community driven project. Ironically, this has been the way Linux has been from the be...

Thus, it seems, the only way to bring such a project to fruition, is to form ones o...

J D Lessley wrote, "What is LDSOS? What is it's purpose?" The purpose of an "in house" operating system would be that of self reliance. This becomes more relevant as the economy takes a nose dive. The Church is going to a “LDS Account” system. This system is largely web based with an Oracle bac...

Your are correct. It is an empty template. The code is as follows: [INDENT] <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD XHTML Mobile 1.0//EN" " http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10.dtd "> <html xmlns=" http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml "> <head> <title>mobi</tit...

First of all, I started this thread in 2007; my ideas have changed since then. If you look at the code of http://www.toddrichardson.com/test/ , it has some very important differences from standard xhtml code. Just looking at it with a standard browser, you might think it is a rather dopey site. The ...
